Chronic Illness Group Coaching

$25 a session

Chronic Illness Group Coaching provides a supportive and empowering space for individuals living with long-term health conditions. Whether you're navigating autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, long COVID, or other chronic diagnoses, this group is here to help you feel seen, supported, and understood.

Led by professionals who understand the physical and emotional challenges of chronic illness, our coaching sessions focus on helping you build resilience, manage symptoms, and reclaim a sense of control in your daily life.

Group members work together to:

  • Develop personalized coping strategies

  • Manage stress, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm

  • Improve self-care routines and pacing

  • Build supportive connections with others who "get it"

  • Explore mindset shifts to support healing and hope

This is not therapy—it’s guided peer support with a focus on practical tools, encouragement, and whole-person wellness. You don't have to do this alone. At Truly Well, you're part of a community that understands what it's like to live with chronic illness—and believes you can still live well.

Neurodivergent Group Coaching

$25 a session

Neurodivergent Group Coaching at Truly Well is a supportive, inclusive space designed specifically for individuals who identify as neurodivergent—including those with autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing challenges, and other unique cognitive styles.

This coaching program focuses on building self-awareness, improving daily functioning, and enhancing emotional well-being in a way that honors neurodiversity. Participants engage in guided sessions that foster connection, personal growth, and practical skill-building—all within a community of peers who understand and respect their experiences.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Self-advocacy and communication strategies

  • Coping with sensory sensitivities and emotional regulation

  • Time management and executive functioning tools

  • Navigating relationships and social expectations

  • Building confidence in work, school, or daily life
